Your audience is not perfect – nobody is perfect. We can all use some inspiration and encouragement. Sometimes we do things that hurt us, and are unaware of it. You can let your audience know that they can receive increased performance if they were to change five things that they are doing.

Remember that [achieving a specific milestone or goal] is just as much about what you DON’T do as what you DO do. It’s important to develop the right habits and routine and stick to them.
